Family Physician
Dr. Friend-Sturrup was born in Nassau and spent her first years growing up in Wemyss Bight, Eleuthera. She then moved with her parents to Freeport where she completed her primary and high school education.
Dr. Friend-Sturrup went on to complete her medical education at Peninsula Medical School, Plymouth, England. After graduating as a medical doctor in 2011, she then went on to successfully complete her specialty training in Family Medicine in England and returned to the Bahamas in 2017.
She enjoys spending time with her family, snorkelling, reading and singing.
