Psychiatrist
Dr. Eugenia Combie is an experienced psychiatrist with more than two decades of service in mental healthcare.
She has been a Consultant Psychiatrist at Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre since 2004 and now also hold sessional clinic at Family Medicine Center.
She holds advanced degrees in healthcare administration, addictions, and psychiatry, including a PhD in Health Services from Walden University, an MSc in Addictions from King’s College London, and a DM in Psychiatry from the University of the West Indies.
Dr. Combie has practiced across the Caribbean, and her professional interests include health education, management, and research—areas that continue to shape her commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
